Our detailed information puts you in the best position to make informed decisions and negotiate effectively.​ We start with identifying what kind of workplace you want, what you actually need and what opportunities you have to better support your business.

 

A simple property search brief, test plans and evaluations help you identify the best option for space efficiency, services infrastructure and cost effectiveness.​Our feasibility plans are usually used as a basis for the design process – you’re one step ahead of the delivery process before you have even reached an agreement.

 

We can also review your existing premises as it may be more cost effective to stay.​

Project Delivery

Every project, no matter what size, has three basic parameters that must be met – budget, quality and time. How each of these parameters are met is what makes a project uncomplicated and rewarding, or difficult and stressful. 

Our expertise covers all types of project delivery and construction procurement. Whatever the method of delivery, we can assist you in delivering the project, on time, to budget and to scope.

 

It can be as little as helping to find an appropriate contractor for some minor works up to full contract administration and consultant team co-ordination.

We begin by helping you understand how long, how much or what level of project is appropriate for you or your business well before you even start thinking of moving or how your project might look. Once this is established we can create a project plan to assist you monitor cost, time and quality.

 

We then implement this plan through design, documentation, approval and construction stages until a successful project completion.

Facilitation and Client Representation

Deliver your project with clarity, communication and organisation.

For most projects, having the resources within your business to deliver a project is often a problem. It’s more than a full time job for someone to appoint consultants, run a project team, organise a move and co-ordinate communication across the business.

Do you have an experienced someone available to take on this role? That’s were we can help.

Depending on the size and scope of the project, as facilitators we establish frameworks and project teams, manage external consultants, co-ordinate other projects integral to the relocation (such as infrastructure upgrades and rebranding) and provide regular project reporting for executive management and board review.

 

We also undertake problem resolution and project control, facilitate all necessary authority approvals and co-ordinate business relocation including on-site resourcing during the move.

We can also help manage design teams on larger projects, even when we are not the project designers.
