CapitaLand, one of Asia's largest real estate groups, were facing a number of lease renewals within a valued commercial building in Sydney at around the same time.  Taking this prime opportunity to upgrade the building, we helped CapitalLand provide first class amenities and accessibility, and reposition the building into a more premium market offering.

 

The building now boasts premium amenities including a new end-of-trip facility with bike parking, new accessibile facilities and renovated bathroom and shower facilities. We also redesigned the main lift lobby of the building and lift lobbies to several floors where lease renewals were being negotiated and where new tenants were being sought, creating spaces that were dynamic and welcoming with premium finishes and quality lighting.

After the refurbishment, CapitaLand were able to sign up excellent new tenants and retain the majority of their valued anchor tenants. GlasgowHart is privileged to work with CapitaLand to upgrade and redevelop other commercial buildings in Australia.
